Hello!

Our mission is to create flavors and experiences that help relieve daily life stressors for those looking to enjoy some free time in the community.

At Lotic, we each come from unique backgrounds, just like our customers. Our collective histories play out in the community in real time every day. We understand that everyone gets tired, overworked, or stressed out trying to balance the competing demands of school, work, bills, and trying to get ahead in the world (sometimes that means treading water, too). We've started this business with the intent to create spaces where people of all ages can take their mind off of everything else and engage with friends, family, and community in a laid back, community-first space.

To do this, we focus on atmosphere and quality. We are a licensed brewery, which gives us the ability to produce both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages across a wide variety of drink types. We curate our kitchen operations to provide delicious, approachable foods that will send you home satisfied. Our space is designed to be a home-away-from-home that is full of board games, an area for younger children, and even our "garage fridge" filled with to-go selections and our favorite one-offs.

Lotic Beverage Company

Lotic is all about beverages. From wine and beer to soda pop, coffee, and kombucha, we love it and brew it all. We are located in Vancouver, Washington and have a focus on small batch production. Being a part of our community both locally and globally is important to us.

What does Lotic mean?

Lotic Beverage Company

Lotic ('low-tick') is an ecological term that describes flowing water, such as rivers and streams. Using the term Lotic is our homage to water and its important role around the globe. It is the basis of life and of our beverages.
